To ensure smooth and transparent transactions, the following agreements are in place:

 1. Pre-payment for Materials: All materials must be paid for prior to the commencement of work.

 2. Labour Payments: The labour budget may be divided into instalments as needed.

 3. Discount Policy: If a discount is applied, the original estimate will be adjusted accordingly.

 4. Final Payment: Invoices are to be settled in full on the day the work is completed.

 5. Work Suspension: I reserve the right to halt work if a client becomes accusatory, abusive, makes false harmful statements, or appears under the influence. In such cases, I will stop work and invoice for services rendered up to that point.

 6. Non-Payment: In the rare event of non-payment, I will instruct my legal team at Zurich to take appropriate action to recover the outstanding amount.

These measures are in place to protect both parties and ensure a professional working relationship.
